This vintage photograph is a great example of a photo portrait that had paint applied to it to create the appearance of an oil painting. Over the years the portrait became heavily creased with parts of the paint layer and photo emulsion separating from the base. The image was carefully retouched to remove all signs of damage and adjusted to bring back the tonality and contrast. Final print was produced using a high quality photo printer and giclee matte paper.
