RESTORATION OF VINTAGE PHOTO PORTRAIT
Part of great African-American heritage and New York City visual history, this late 19th century portrait was unevenly faded and roughly scissor cut.
The restoration of this photograph consisted of removal of fading, overall adjustment of color and saturation to bring back the richness of tones and filling in of missing parts. The final image was printed on archival paper and sized to fit a standard size frame.
